Our Method
Your job description and family information provide the criteria for our selection of candidates, so we'll help you create a detailed job order. When the position is clearly defined, our screening of available candidates begins.
Before resumes are sent to you, each applicant is re-interviewed and re-qualified based on the exact job requirements. We never waste your time delivering candidates who are not interested or not available. We work closely with you to determine the most appropriate candidates for interviews and assist you through the process. When you are ready to extend an offer, our final background investigation can be run and all employment details are formed in writing.
A start date is established and the offer is made final pending the outcome of the background report. Placement fees and guarantee*
1. A signed Agency Agreement and one-time search initiation fee are required to start the placement process.
2. Upon hire of a candidate, a placement fee is due based on the annual salary of the new employee.
3. If the employee leaves or is terminated within ONE YEAR of employment, Domestic Placement Network will conduct a search for replacement candidates at no further charge to the client.
